ATTENTION C24 interactive customers. As of 10-29-13, the interactive servers have changed from C24 Interactive to Telguard Home Control. What this means for you is that you will need to download the new Telguard Home Control app to your smart phone or tablet and use the same sign-in credentials as you did in the C24 app. If you used a computer to login then going to the C24 portal site will forward you to the new site: https://portal.myhomecontrol.com/myhome and you can again use the same sign-in credentials as before. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this has caused. This in no way effects the monitoring of your system just the interactive control. For any further concerns or questions, please call and we will gladly help you
